SANCT VALENTIN Chardonnay 2019

CHARDONNAY Alto Adige (100% Chardonnay)

When there is harmony between acidity and creaminess it’s hard not to love Chardonnay.  This is a great representation of that. Fermentation, malolactic and aging in French Oak (225l & 500l) for one year.  Blending of the barrels takes place and then rests for 8 months in steel.

Ripe apple and stone fruit, subtle smokey vanilla.  Persistent and balanced.
