Sanct Valentin 2021 (100% Pinot Noir)

Locally known as ‘Blauburgunder’, Pinot Noir has been grown in Sudtirol Alto Adige Region since 1850 and fares well with low yields, cooler climate vineyards and rocky soils. Fermentation in stainless steel, aging in French Oak (225l & 500l).  Blended and aged another 6 months in barrel.
